Live Flight Tracking Map

Watch thousands of aircraft in real time on Departra's live map. Aircraft positions are updated every 10 seconds using ADS-B data from a global network of volunteer receivers. Zoom in to see flights around any airport, or zoom out for a continental view.

The map shows real-time positions for commercial, cargo, and general aviation aircraft. Click any aircraft to see its flight number, altitude, speed, and aircraft type. Use the altitude legend to identify cruising aircraft (above 30,000 ft) versus aircraft on approach or climb.

ADS-B (Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast) is the transponder technology used by modern aircraft to broadcast their GPS position, altitude, speed and heading. Thousands of aviation enthusiasts worldwide operate ground stations that receive these broadcasts and feed the data into open networks, enabling free real-time tracking with near-zero delay.
